Brentwood is located in Northwest Calgary. It is bounded on the north by Nose Hill Park, on the west by  the community of Dalhousie, on the east by the community of Triwood and on the south by the community of Varsity. Brentwood is in close proximity to the University of Calgary and to the malls of Market Mall, Northland Shoppes and Brentwood Mall. Transportation facilities include the major roadways of Crowchild Trail, Shaganappi Trail and John Laurie Boulevard. The LRT system runs the length of Brentwood's southern boundary providing ready LRT access to its residents. see map
