Brentwood now uses an online registration system. Registration information is as follows. Please review this information before proceeding to the online registration page. Please note that hockey registration for the 2008 - 2009 season will commence on June 1, 2008 and will end August 25, 2008. Early registrants have the opportunity to select preferred volunteer duties and dates. Late registration will only be permitted in special circumstances. If your child is trying out for an A, AA or AAA team, you are still require to register with Westwood. If your child makes the A, AA, AAA team, your Westwood registration fee will be refunded. VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

For all community activities that we provide for the youth in Brentwood, the only way we can keep our costs at a reasonable level is to require the parents of registered children to either assume some volunteer responsibilities or to pay a volunteer payout fee. In order to register your child in a Brentwood Sports Program, it is required that each family select one of the options listed below as part of the registration.

OPTION A WORK VOLUNTEER SHIFTS:

Shifts will consist of: Arena Maintenance and Arena Concession. These volunteer shifts will be assigned on an equal basis, by the Volunteer Maintenance/Concession Co-ordinator/s. Families with ONE child will receive approximately 4–6 total shifts. Families with TWO or MORE children will receive approximately 7-9 total shifts.

OPTION B VOLUNTEER PAYOUT

Pay a FEE rather than do any volunteer work.
Child $250.00, each additional Child $125.00

PENALTY FEES

OPTION “A” MISSED SHIFTS – You will be invoiced a $75.00 Missed Shift Penalty Fee for each volunteer shift missed.

All outstanding invoices must be paid in FULL before you register in any new program, and you will be required to choose the “Volunteer Payout” for the upcoming season.

****Our staff is not responsible to hire someone to work your shifts (see Hire A Student List). Failure to show up for your shift, will result in you being invoiced as set out above.****

PROGRAM INFORMATION

Registration Fees for 2008/20098 are as follows: Initiation/Tyke, Novice and Atom - $550; Pee Wee and Bantam - $590; Midget and Junior - $690. The Brentwood Membership fee is additional. All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Please note that fees include $20.00 for Grey Cup Tickets. This amount may be recovered by the sale of the Tickets.
