February 1st to March 1st, 2012:  2011 garden renters to renew

March 2nd to April 1st, 2012:  new renters residing within Brentwood Community boundaries may sign up

April 2nd to May 1st, 2012:  new non-Brentwood renters may sign up if any beds remain
